We are looking for experienced Interior Designers to manage the FF&E Design and Specification for a number of our high-profile hotel projects. You will need to possess a comprehensive list of contacts and furniture suppliers etc, produce the FF&E documentation which include AutoCAD drawings, furniture boards, excel schedules, and be responsible for managing client presentations, coordinate with other consultants and manage the FF&E budget. Candidates must have excellent design and communication skills and be experienced in liaising with high-profile projects. Experience of seeing a project through from concept to completion is important. Imagination, flair, an eye for detail and speed of thought are important for this role. First class knowledge of fine arts, couture, suppliers, materials, fabrics and their costs is required. Strong hand drawing ability is vital but candidates should also be fully conversant in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and Adobe Photoshop.
